Fave Support Services provides travel and transport services to people with disability We are reliable and accessible transport options when you want to attend work or study, access the community, attend appointments, look for job or to run errands

Some NDIS plans may also include the use of taxis or other private transport options, where a participant is not able to travel independently. Additionally, Fave Support Services is able to provide a wheel-chair accessible van to support our participants

Our goal is to see you independently mobile and engaged in the community. We also offer the option of private transport; whether you have to travel to school, medical appointments or go shopping we are here for all your transport needs.

Our convenient transport service that can be scheduled in advance, and can assist you with:

• Medical appointments
• Transport to School or any educational facility
• Employment
• Local shopping centers
• Community participation events
• Public transport training
• Recreational activities
• Camps
• Visit to the local library

The NDIS provides three levels of Transport funding for the participants who are unable to drive or access public transport without substantial difficulty due to their disability.

• Level 1: You may be eligible for this funding, if you have a goal towards improving your community access even though you are not working, studying or attending a day program. 
• Level 2: You may be eligible for this funding, if you are working or studying part-time (up to 15 hrs / week), participating in day programs and for other social, recreational or leisure activities.
• Level 3: You may be eligible for this funding, if you are currently working, looking for work, or studying (at least 15 hrs / week).
